Archbishop Diarmuid Martin previews the upcoming gathering in Rome on the Pastoral Challenges of the Family in the context of Evangelisation.
The Third Extraordinary General Assembly of Bishops will take place in the Vatican from 5th to 19th October 2014. Archbishop Diarmuid Martin (Archbishop of Dublin) is representing the Irish Bishops Conference at this assembly.
This Extraordinary Assembly, intended to collect the bishops’ experiences and proposals, will be followed by an Ordinary General Assembly in 2015.
