Watch back our livestream for Primary Schools for catholic Schools Week 2015 which features a video from St Ultan’s school in Dublin and a feature on St Brigid.

The two videos from the livestream can be viewed separately on iCatholic

St Ultan’s – To celebrate Catholic Schools Week 2015, St Ultan’s Primary School, Cherry Orchard prepared a video that highlights the theme for CSW 2015 – Called to Serve.

Solas Bhríde – Sr Mary Minehan guides students from local primary school around the new Solas Bhríde centre in Kildare dedicated to unfolding the story St Brigid.

Apology

As many schools are aware we had a server crash during the livestream yesterday and so schools could not access the website to view the stream. This was totally our fault.  While there was there was large traffic, it should not have happened. We have fixed it since. We really regret leaving schools hanging… very frustrating at our end as well as we put a lot of work into our livestreams.

We appreciate that this may turn schools off future livestreams but please keep watching….

Last September we did multiple livestreams daily for a week from Baggot Street for the world-wide Mercy community which was a great success.  Other livestreams include one from Vatican Radio so this platform can deliver and we want to deliver to Primary Schools a reliable service in the future.

Our next planned livestream is 24th Feb which will be a special for the Trocaire Lenten campaign.  We will contact schools about a test livestream before that date so we can demo all is back in order.

Thank you for your support
