11:30am Guest Speaker: Conor McCafferty, Co-Director, Zest [an organisation dedicated to healing the hurt of suicide and self-harm] – ‘Compassion: Kind is better than better’

This day is for adults who have been affected by suicide, either through personal loss or with suicidal ideation, or for those ministering to the suicide bereaved or working in support services.
Cost: €40 pp includes return boat fare, tea/coffee & scones & a light lunch.
