Is there a fee to attend WMOF2018?

All events require tickets; some events will be free; others will be subject to a fee. The Festival of Families and the Final Mass are free ticketed events. There is a fee for adults to attend the Congress from 22-24 August in the RDS; this fee includes guaranteed access to the free tickets for the Festival of Families and the Final Mass. Children’s tickets are free and must be booked.

Information on how to access single event free tickets for the Festival of Families and the Final Mass is not available at the moment.

What is the fee to attend the Congress from 22nd to 24th August?

The fees for the Congress vary by type of registration:

  • 5 day adult tickets range from €68 online to €78 on the day (3 day Congress registration, Festival of Family and Final Mass tickets.)
  • 1 day adult tickets range from €38 online to €43 on the day. (1 day Congress registration, Festival of Families – subject to availability – and Final Mass tickets.)
  • Single day Concession (for pensioners, unwaged & students over 18) range from €33 online to €38 on the day. (1 day Congress registration, Festival of Families – subject to availability – and Final Mass tickets.)
  • Tickets for children under 18 years of age are free but registration with a family group/group is required. (5 day or 1 day Congress registration, Festival of Families – subject to availability – and Final Mass tickets.)

What types of registrations are available?

There are five types of registration:

  • Family Group (at least one adult, any number of children)
  • Individual Adult Registration
  • Bishop/Cardinal Registration
  • Priest/Deacon Registration
  • Group Registration (Parish/Diocese, Organisation)

Will there be any special prices for pensioners and students to attend the Congress?

Yes, there are special prices available for students over 18 years if age, as well as pensioners. Single day concessions to the Congress will be discounted. Children under 18 years of age are free but registration with a family group/group is required. The following is a full list of the registration prices:
