Strengthening Marriage and Family Life
Following an introduction from Bishop Christopher Jones, Bishop of Elphin and President of the Council for Marriage and the Family, Mr John Quinn will share personally on his experiences of love, marriage and God. There will be time for reflection and discussion in small groups, as well as prayer.
John Quinn
John Quinn is a writer, former broadcaster and teacher. He spent 25 years as an award-winning radio producer/presenter with Radio Telefís Éireann.
Following the sudden death of his wife Olive in 2001, he made a radio documentary on their life together. This was subsequently expanded into the much-acclaimed book Letters to Olive.
Now retired, John lives in County Galway, he has three children, Lisa, Deirdre and Declan and three grandchildren: Eva (10), Georgia (8) and Callan (3 months).
