6th Production
Based on the Oberammergau Passion Play this is a 3 hour production where the cast and supporting crews numbering 170 in all, drawn from the local community, will bring the story of the Passion, Death and Resurrection of Jesus to life for the audiences. The play, the greatest story ever told, commences with the Triumphant Entry into Jerusalem and culminates with the Resurrection.
This will be the 6th production of The Passion Play in Ballylinan – has amazing special effects, will move many to tears both on and off stage and is an experience not to be missed.
